These terms apply when you use the GetMyIQ assessment, private report, membership features, and training program.

Informational assessment

The assessment and report are educational and informational. They are not medical, psychological, clinical, employment, or educational diagnoses, and they should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions.

Score limitations

Scores are estimates generated by the GetMyIQ scoring model from the answers provided. The product is not presented as a standardized, supervised, normed, or professionally validated IQ examination.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal informational purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access non-public systems, scrape personal data, or represent a GetMyIQ result as a professional credential.

Payments and subscriptions

$1.00 today for immediate report access and Day 1 of your 45-day training program. After 3 days, your subscription renews automatically at $23.99/month until canceled. Training remains available while your membership is active; completing all 45 days spans a second monthly billing date. Cancel anytime before renewal.

To cancel your subscription and stop future renewals, email support@getmyiq.com from the email address used at checkout. Please send your request before the next renewal date. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

30-day money-back guarantee

You may request a refund of any GetMyIQ charge within 30 days of the charge by emailing support@getmyiq.com from the email address used at checkout. This guarantee applies to introductory, renewal, and one-time digital assessment charges. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Cancellation does not automatically initiate a refund. To use the guarantee, send a separate refund request within the 30-day period and include enough information for us to identify the charge. This guarantee is additional to any non-waivable consumer rights.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Features, questions, scoring, and pricing may change; material subscription changes will be communicated where required.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
