Privacy Policy

Payments currently use a test payment system. No real charge is made. PostHog analytics is not enabled here.

This policy explains the information GetMyIQ processes to provide the assessment, private report, membership, training program, communications, and product analytics.

Information processed

How information is used

Information is used to run the assessment, generate a report, preserve progress, measure funnel and acquisition performance, troubleshoot the service, and prepare requested product communications. It is not used to make clinical, employment, credit, insurance, or legal decisions.

Storage

Assessment progress is stored in your browser so you can continue the flow. When a valid numeric Meta Pixel identifier is supplied in the landing URL through the px parameter, that identifier is also stored in first-party browser storage so the same attribution remains available during the assessment. Assessment sessions, reports, memberships, training progress, and contact records are stored in protected service databases through server-side routes. Database service credentials are never sent to the browser.

Optional personality AI mentor

If you choose to use the AI mentor and consent in its form, we send your question, nine derived reflection indices, and selected plan exercise to OpenAI to generate a response. We do not include your email address, raw assessment answers, or account identifier in that request. Do not enter identifying, medical, or other sensitive information. GetMyIQ does not save mentor conversations; we retain an account-linked usage counter and timestamps to enforce usage limits. Provider processing and retention are governed by OpenAI’s privacy policy; disabling response storage does not mean that the provider keeps no operational logs. The private report and mentor page do not load our analytics or session replay scripts. Plan completion checkmarks are stored only in your browser and may be cleared with browser data.

Analytics and providers

GetMyIQ uses PostHog US Cloud from the beginning of a public visit. PostHog uses first-party browser storage and cookies to maintain a pseudonymous visitor and session identifier. After a result is saved, the browser may associate that analytics history with an opaque internal lead identifier; the email address itself is not sent to PostHog.

PostHog receives explicit product and funnel events, normalized partner or buyer attribution, and masked session replay. It does not receive your email address, name, affiliate click identifier, exact score, percentile, assessment answers, payment credentials, or URL query parameters. Page text and form inputs are masked, and checkout, payment, training exercise, and administrative surfaces are blocked or excluded from replay. Operational assessment, payment, email, and affiliate records remain in their first-party systems.

When the landing URL includes a valid px value, GetMyIQ loads Meta Pixel for that identifier and sends the standard ViewContent, Lead, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase events at defined funnel steps. Purchase includes the introductory payment value and USD currency. GetMyIQ does not add your email address, name, exact score, percentile, assessment answers, or payment credentials to these Meta event payloads. As the network provider, Meta may receive the current page URL and technical request data such as IP address and browser metadata, and may use its own cookies or similar technologies subject to Meta’s policies and your browser settings.

Separately, a valid alphanumeric tt_px URL parameter enables TikTok Pixel and is persisted in first-party browser storage for later assessment visits. GetMyIQ sends only ViewContent, SubmitForm, InitiateCheckout, and CompletePayment event names; CompletePayment is sent only after checkout confirms successful payment. No email, password, score, answers, payment credentials, or event properties are added to these TikTok events. Automatic event configuration is disabled. TikTok’s browser SDK may still receive page URLs, IP addresses and browser metadata, and use its own cookies under TikTok’s policies and your browser settings. No server-side TikTok Events API is used. Like the existing Meta integration, this integration has no in-product consent or withdrawal control; browser privacy/content-blocking controls remain available.

Separately, a valid alphanumeric gpt_px URL parameter enables the OpenAI advertising pixel in the assessment and its checkout, independently of Meta and TikTok. The identifier is saved in first-party browser storage and can be restored on later visits. GetMyIQ loads the pixel when an eligible conversion occurs: registration_completed after an email submission is accepted, and trial_started after the initial subscription checkout confirms success. The latter labels our paid introductory period; it does not mean the offer is free. These explicit event payloads contain only the event's required data type, not your email, answers, results, payment details or account identifiers. The external SDK may independently collect page URLs and browser/network metadata; its automatic collection has not been independently verified. Advertising pixels do not currently wait for a marketing-consent selection, and there is no in-product marketing opt-out. This advertising integration is separate from the optional AI mentor and its consent.

Your choices

You may use browser privacy or content-blocking controls to restrict analytics requests or clear site storage without losing access to the assessment. You may restart the assessment to clear its local progress. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support@getmyiq.com.

Some brief result notifications shown during the assessment use example values generated for interface context. They do not represent a specific customer, live purchase, or verified individual outcome.
